Job Description

We are seeking a talented Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-volume email marketing campaigns across multiple systems and email platforms, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.

  • You will drive the creation and execution of A/B tests across various channels to determine the most effective strategies for user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • You will create engaging, brand-aligned messaging that effectively communicates the value proposition of consumer products while being sensitive to the emotion of the audience.
  • You will provide strategic recommendations for email platform consolidation and future platform selections to streamline operations and enhance campaign performance.
  • You will champion a customer-centric approach, continuously seeking to understand and improve the user journey, while collaborating with the product team to increase email capture rates, balancing user experience with marketing goals.
  • You will develop and manage key performance metrics and analyze and report on campaign performance based on those KPIs, using data-driven insights to guide future strategies.
  • You will work closely with various teams, including product, design, content, and analytics, to create cohesive and effective campaigns.
