Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will spearhead consumer ideation, crafting the entry strategy, product development, go-to-market strategy, and integrated marketing plans to ensure new products generate awareness, conversion, and retention among dealers and end consumers.

The role involves ensuring on-time launch of new products that deliver against targets and generate profitability. You will be responsible for developing brand strategy, roadmap, and crafting marketing plans aligned to strategy, recommending new go-to-market strategies to create brand demand/credibility and deepen consumer engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Develops brand strategy, roadmap, and crafts marketing plans aligned to strategy
  • Identifies best practices and seeks out innovative ideas as springboard for brand planning
  • Develops, implements, and manages assigned new products, mindful of timetables, driven by deep understanding of consumer needs, company strategic goals, and financial hurdles
  • Analyzes market intelligence data as input for brand plans, identifies, and summarizes industry trends and implications to the brand, analyzes products and competitive brands to recommend gain competitive edge and brand differentiation
  • Able to execute flawlessly and on time, identify and focus on critical few initiatives that deliver maximum business results
  • Ensures and delivers quality initiatives and executions of the assigned new products, does post-evaluations to assess performance vs targets and identify key learnings, corrective actions
Qualifications
  • At least 5-7 yrs brand management experience in the FMCG industry, ideally with background in Personal Care, Skin Care, Home Care, and Health categories from FMCG companies
  • At least 3 years experience in business development
  • Able to develop and operationalize go-to-market strategies and plans
  • Experience in Digital marketing and E-commerce
  • Highly strategic, adept at analyzing market data, spotting trends, and identifying appropriate action plans
  • Able to identify consumer unmet needs and unarticulated needs and uses them as springboard for brand opportunities
  • Strong project management skills and highly results-driven
  • Agile and able to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Innovative thinker and constantly seeks ways to improve processes
  • With Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Management or any related course
  • Willing to have work on a hybrid setup
