We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our operations team.

  • This role will involve a broad range of responsibilities including invoice entry, payroll, reporting, and budgeting.
  • Key responsibilities include processing and entering invoices accurately and in a timely manner, managing commission payments for sales representatives, preparing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets with complex formulas, handling payroll processing in compliance with Australian laws, preparing and submitting BAS (Business Activity Statements), generating monthly financial reports, overseeing debt collection processes, assisting in budgeting and financial forecasting, ensuring compliance with Australian tax and payroll regulations, and collaborating with internal departments to support financial operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience is required.
  • Proficiency in MYOB Premier is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, including the use of formulas, is necessary.
  • Proven experience with Australian payroll and tax laws is required.
  • Experience preparing BAS and monthly financial reports is highly desirable.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
