Role Summary

As a Revenue Growth Specialist at INK FOR LESS PRO SERVICES INC, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to ensure the company remains competitive

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the printer industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members
