Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Operations Support Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for creating order, building systems, and executing tasks that keep our business running smoothly.

About the Role

This is a remote, part-time contractor position with potential for long-term engagement. You will play a vital role in setting up essential tools and processes, organizing data, supporting workflows, and building dashboards that enable efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Slack, help desk software, and internal dashboards to streamline communication and task management.
  • Set up and manage automation workflows using Zapier, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms to increase efficiency and reduce manual labor.
  • Recommend and implement systems to improve operational efficiency and solve challenges that arise.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Build dashboards integrating data from Shopify, Square, and other platforms to provide actionable insights and track key performance indicators.
  • Create reports to track sales performance, staff productivity, and other important metrics to inform business decisions.
