We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Office Manager to provide top-level support for senior executives. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will have a strong background in administration, with experience in diary management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, ensuring efficient use of time and minimizing conflicts.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action items, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records, including to-do lists, priority lists, and task assignments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Executive Assistant or similar role, with a strong track record of success.
- Exceptional administrative skills, with expertise in diary management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
