Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage customer inquiries, provide solutions, and build relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and online chats from customers
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
- Stay current with industry changes/trends to provide best-in-class service
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of customer-facing experience is preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Desired Skills:
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Consistent attention to detail and quality
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Strong time management skills with the majority of your time focused on inbound calls
- Flexibility with scheduling is preferred, as occasional evening and/or weekend shifts may be required
