Job Opportunity: Performance Excellence Specialist

The role of a Performance Excellence Specialist is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of exceptional service experiences.

  • Evaluate customer interactions by assigning scores from 1 to 5 across various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): communication, approach, resolution accuracy, areas for improvement, and information recall.
  • Identify opportunities for growth among teammates and provide timely, written feedback to clients.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, work independently, and maintain organization
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
  • Must be trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Exceptional listening, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good judgment and decision-making capabilities
  • Effectiveness in managing time in fast-paced environments
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Adaptability and ability to work efficiently in dynamic environments

Remote Work Requirements:

  • Stable internet connection with minimum 50 Mbps postpaid speed
  • Computer with at least 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent
  • Noise-cancelling headset
  • Backup internet connection and power outage backup
  • Dual monitor setup
