We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Club Manager to join our team at Inspire Brands Asia. This key leadership role will see you work closely with our operations team to direct and supervise staff and day-to-day operations in one of our assigned branch locations.

About the Role

  • As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success through exceptional customer service, sales, and productivity goals.
  • You will lead a talented team of fitness professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales or productivity goals.

Responsibilities

  1. Direct and supervise staff to ensure delivery of quality customer service and achievement of sales or productivity goals.
  2. Collaborate with Line Manager to set performance standards based on financial and operational goals and compliance with policies and regulations.
  3. Maintain and develop positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff.
  4. Identify training needs and opportunities; develop and implement a plan for meeting those needs.
  5. Network and build lasting professional relationships with guests and members while looking for ways to increase monthly sign-ups.
  6. Work under pressure and answer questions from staff and members in a polite and courteous manner.
  7. Drive increased membership and meet monthly sales goals for membership, developing strong marketing plans to increase membership numbers.

Requirements

  • An Associate's degree and equivalent industry experience required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in the fitness industry, with at least one year as a Club Manager, highly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
