We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Engineer to join our company.

The Job

This is a critical role in delivering features that support advertiser compliance at scale.

Your daily tasks will involve:

  • Shipping reliable, production-grade code in Python (Flask) and React.
  • Supporting sprint milestones by building, optimizing, and maintaining platform features.
  • Integrating with backend task orchestration using Celery and AI-driven workflows.
  • Working independently while syncing with team lead and the broader product team.

This is a hands-on IC role for someone who thrives in asynchronous teams, can hit the ground running, and cares about velocity without compromising code quality.

About You

You must have clarity of thought, autonomy, clear ownership, and effective communication skills.

Key qualities include experience working across the stack and knowledge of how to unblock yourself or others.

Additionally, being available for collaboration windows with PH or EMEA teams and committing to 30–40 hours/week is preferred.

RequirementsMust-Have Skills
  • 5+ years of full-stack experience.
  • Python (Flask) – solid production experience.
  • React – can build and maintain dynamic frontends.
  • Familiarity with Celery for async task management.
  • Strong asynchronous communicator; can manage own time and unblock sprint delivery.
  • Comfortable working in distributed teams and adapting to existing codebases.
Bonus Skills
  • Experience with AI orchestration tools.
  • Familiarity with Numpy or other scientific Python packages.
  • Understanding of advertising, compliance, or regulated platforms.
  • Experience in high-trust, fast-delivery consulting or startup environments.

Project Details
  • Engagement Type: Contract / Staff Augmentation (individual contributor).
