This is a non-client-facing position that focuses on internal development and delivery, ideal for problem solvers who thrive on building smart, scalable systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows across various client projects using platforms like Make.com, Zapier, and other no-code/low-code tools.
  • Integrate multiple apps, APIs, and data sources to streamline processes.
  • Troubleshoot automation issues and ensure smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver automation projects.
  • Document processes and create clear SOPs for recurring workflows.
  • Continuously research and experiment with new AI tools and automation methods.
Essential Qualifications
  • A strong background in workflow automation using Make.com, Zapier, or similar platforms.
  • An AI-native mindset: comfortable testing, adopting, and applying emerging AI tools.
  • Basic coding skills (e.g. JavaScript, Python) are a plus, but not required.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and resourceful problem solver.
  • Ability to work independently across multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Previous experience in agency, SaaS, or automation-heavy environments is a plus.
