Key Responsibilities
  • Manage vehicle registration, insurance, and claims processing.
  • Coordinate vehicle and rental car arrangements.
  • Process gasoline billings and generate semi-monthly reports.
  • Maintain company utilities, including telephone and water services.
  • Ensure smooth mail and messaging operations.
  • Oversee inventory and supply management, reporting on usage and consumption.
  • Maintain office equipment and perform necessary repairs.
  • Perform general clerical tasks, including encoding and filing.
  • Provide front-desk support, handling calls, faxes, and visitor inquiries.
  • Receive, review, and process incoming mail and parcels.
  • Solicit suppliers for office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with presidential filing needs and document distribution.
  • Update and maintain phone directories and library materials.
  • Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
