Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute operational strategies across all lifecycle stages to grow and retain a global user base.
  • Design and manage user operations systems with segmentation strategies to boost in-app activity, engagement, and retention.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities; identify opportunities to launch timely campaigns and product enhancements.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Community teams to align operations with product vision and user needs.
Ideal Profile
  • Experience: 3+ years in product operations or similar roles with ownership from strategy to execution - ideally in tech or SaaS.
  • Web3 fluency: deep understanding and genuine interest in the Web3 and AI space.
  • Data-driven: able to define and track key metrics, uncover actionable insights, and continuously refine operational tactics.
