We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in the production process, acting as a bridge between our clients and the production team, ensuring projects remain within scope, and keeping project timelines within approved schedules.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our organization. As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with our production team to develop creative solutions for clients and their website. You will also create an environment that cultivates high levels of customer service, excellence, and performance for the team.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience in project management, a background in art and design is a plus. You should also be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently, and meet strict deadlines. Additionally, you will need to have excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to explain and present technical information.

As a Project Coordinator, you will report department performance on a weekly basis, highlighting important issues, what went well, and what could be improved. You will also stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regularly coordinate with the client and production teams regarding any new or updated processes or products.
