We are seeking a skilled High Uptime Systems Engineer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in monitoring, alerting, and incident management for production systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design dashboards, build alerting pipelines, and use automation to reduce toil while ensuring system uptime.
  • Work at the intersection of engineering and operations—quickly identifying issues, performing root cause analysis, and driving improvements that prevent recurrence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, SigNoz).
  • Skilled in scripting for automation (Python, TypeScript, or Bash).
  • Experience running and improving incident response processes.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and document learnings.

Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud environments is a plus.
