Job Description

In this role, you will collaborate with our experienced team to enhance the exchange platform's scalability, reliability, and security. Your expertise in system performance optimization will be crucial in ensuring seamless 24/7 availability and ultra-low-latency performance. You'll work on mission-critical components that require precision and scale, focusing on optimizing system internals, including memory management, CPU cache usage, and NUMA awareness.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in C++ or Rust, with over 8 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field
  • Deep understanding of system-level concepts, such as memory management, CPU architecture, and lock-free programming
  • Experience with network-level optimizations, including TCP tuning and kernel bypass
  • Proven track record of optimizing for low-latency and high-throughput environments
