Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced software professional to lead our Middleware team in delivering high-quality projects globally.

The Role
  • To spearhead the technical direction of development projects using Java technologies
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business, functional, and implementation requirements
  • Plan and monitor project deliverables from the team
  • Contribute to technology stack evaluation and assist architects as needed
  • Design and govern reusable accelerators, apply design patterns, and create reusable technical components

To achieve this, we require a Senior Java Developer who can work closely with Project Managers, Senior Business Analysts, and development teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams, knowledge of process methodologies like Agile/CMMI, and excellent communication skills.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise in Java technologies and distributed architectures
  • Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment
  • Knowledge of writing unit test cases and carrying out unit testing using Junit
  • Version control software exposure (Git, SVN, Clear case, PVCS)
  • Understanding of software development best practices/clean coding practices
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality/error-free deliverables
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills leveraging all available resources
