Job Summary

The Regional Finance Leader is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department and oversees all aspects of accounting and financial reporting requirements. This includes planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and coordinating financial and accounting activities within business units.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Back-office accounting and operational finance support for various companies under a shared services model.
  • Improvement of Internal Controls, accounting processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Identifying and driving required changes (capacity, regulatory, efficiency, etc.).
  • Taking responsibility for ensuring actions are performed.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of Management reports and other requested reports.
  • Preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports.
  • Closing full set of accounts with monthly MIS statements.
  • Conducting financial audits and reviews.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated leadership experience; ability to work with, develop, and coach a team.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.
  • Good time-management and multitasking abilities.
