Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with at least 10 years of experience in managing finances, bookkeeping, purchase orders, and reconciliations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Strategy and Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies to optimize profitability and cash flow.
  • Bookkeeping and Financial Management: Oversee general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and financial reconciliations.
  • Purchase Orders (PO) & Vendor Management: Manage the purchase order process, ensuring accurate tracking and approvals.
  • Reconciliation & Financial Reporting: Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reconciliations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred.
  • 10+ years of financial management experience, ideally in the consumer goods industry.
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, PO processing, and financial reconciliation.
  • Experience with budgeting, financial forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems.
