
High Impact Customer Success Specialist

We're seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will manage a high volume of customer interactions via phone and email, conduct customer health checks, and build product knowledge to handle questions, objections, and customer concerns.
You will also collaborate with global teams to deliver a superior customer experience and document customer feedback and track satisfaction metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications- At least 1 year of Customer Success experience
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM a plus
- Experienced in onboarding new clients or product users (Doing demos and presentations)
- Experienced in client management, conducting health checks, and client business reviews.
- Prior success in achievement of individual and/or team sales quota/goals
