We're seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team in the e-commerce industry.

Job Description

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing top-notch customer service and have experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Gorgias.

You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone in a professional and friendly manner. This includes handling product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns.

You will also use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support. Staying informed on product updates and support practices is crucial to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
