Job Overview

The Senior Testing Analyst - Contract position is a mid-senior level role that involves writing and executing test scenarios and scripts to support the delivery of an enterprise-wide digital business transformation. The successful candidate will manage issues to resolution, mentor and direct the work of junior test analysts and team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Document detailed functional and end-user test scenarios and cases based upon business requirements and design documentation.
  • Perform functional testing to ensure the configured system matches the configuration workbooks.
  • Execute test cases and document issues.
  • Provide support for issue investigation and resolution with the development team.
  • Mentor Jr. Analysts and provide guidance regarding test methodology and expectations.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing by preparing test scenarios in consultation with the business, and assist end users during test execution.
Required Skills And Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Sr. Test Analyst, preferably in HRIS systems.
  • In-depth understanding of HR processes such as recruitment/onboarding, employee data management, leave management, learning management, goal/performance setting and review, compensation.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and business teams.
  • Able to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases.
  • Experience documenting issues and working with development teams to resolve and retest issues.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching team members.
