As a Cantonese - English Bilingual Interpreter, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating effective communication between clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds. This position involves providing accurate and timely interpretation during phone calls, video conferences, and other forms of communication. Your exceptional listening and concentration skills will enable you to navigate complex conversations with ease, while your proficiency in cultural nuances will ensure seamless cross-cultural exchange.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in both Cantonese and English, including strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening and concentration abilities
  • Ability to accurately interpret conversations in real-time
  • Knowledge of cultural subtleties and the ability to handle sensitive conversations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capacity to work independently in a remote setting
  • Experience in interpretation or translation services is a valuable asset
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in interpretation or linguistics are advantageous
  • Access to a desktop or laptop with 16GB RAM, a wired headset, camera, and a stable internet connection with 30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
