Community Engagement Lead

We are seeking a skilled Community Engagement Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for promoting engagement communication strategies and acting as a stakeholder for both community satisfaction and business needs.

The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines and ambitious goals. They will also have a strong analytical mindset and be able to analyze situations and implement solutions.

Job Description:
  • Promote relevant and adaptable strategies to lead, coordinate, and monitor communication with community members.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to provide requirements and follow-up on deliveries.
  • Set and manage community expectations while actively working to improve the community experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote engagement strategies to lead, coordinate, and monitor communication with community members.
  • Work closely with technology development, delivery, and marketing departments to provide requirements and follow-up on deliveries.
  • Set and continually manage community expectations.
  • Analyze data and research to inform sourcing strategy and reach project targets.
  • Perform root cause analysis for community escalations and propose corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • High-level interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a multinational/multicultural virtual working environment.
  • Strong business English language proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Fluency in a language other than English.
