Role Description

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Officer to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to increase engagement and conversion.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, campaign management, or related roles. Experience working with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, implementation, tracking, and documentation of 1-to-1 marketing campaign communications.
  • Assist in the development and management of the overall campaign calendar for stakeholders.
  • Define client segmentation and strategy for one-to-one campaigns.
  • Generate target client lead lists for campaigns, and layout and test creative materials.
  • Utilize new functionalities, capabilities, or technologies of the marketing CRM platform and technical tools.
  • Research and analyze market and technology trends, demographics, competitor products, and other relevant information.
  • Manage and engage select agencies and vendors that provide added value or service to marketing CRM campaigns and activities.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, campaign management, or related roles.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with client segmentation, campaign tracking, and performance analysis.
