The position of Automation Specialist is available at our organization. This role involves utilizing automation tools to enhance the efficiency of business processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end workflows that streamline operations and eliminate manual tasks.

Key responsibilities include designing and deploying automation workflows using n8n, Make, and Google Apps Script; connecting APIs, CRMs, eComm platforms, spreadsheets, and internal tools to centralize and automate business processes; troubleshooting broken workflows and improving system reliability and scalability; collaborating with marketing, CS, finance, and operations teams to identify bottlenecks and build automation solutions; documenting all automation flows, logic paths, and key processes; maintaining a repository of reusable scripts and modules for future use; and training team members on how to use or trigger specific automations when necessary.

Requirements
  • Strong experience using n8n, Make, and Google Apps Script.
  • Understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and JSON.
  • Ability to map complex processes into clear logic flows.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, or other eComm platforms.
  • Experience in low-code platforms like Airtable, Notion, or Zapier.
  • Prior work in fast-paced startups or agencies.
