Job Title: Sales & Executive Rewards Professional

Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Sales & Executive Compensation to join our team at Private Advertiser. This role will focus on designing and implementing sales compensation strategies, conducting market research, and analyzing data to drive business results.

About the Position

This is a hybrid night shift EST position located in Centris - Quezon City. We require a candidate with 5+ years of experience in sales and/or executive compensation management at a multinational company, with expertise in business partnering, consulting, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compensation Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance sales compensation strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to benchmark our compensation plans against industry competitors and emerging trends, and analyze data related to sales, performance metrics, and other relevant indicators.
  • Compensation Plan Administration: Oversee the administration of compensation plans, including the rollout and communication of plans to employees.
  • Performance Evaluation and Budgeting: Evaluate the impact of variable compensation plans on business results, track performance, and develop budget and long-range forecast projections for compensation programs.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of sales and/or executive compensation management experience at a multinational company.
  • BPO Experience: Preferred.
  • Business Partnering and Consulting: Strong background in business partnering and consulting to business leaders within the organization or giving advice/recommendations to business leaders.
  • Project Management: Project management skills, managing complex compensation strategies/projects or initiatives.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to present complex compensation information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in handling compensation data and ensuring accuracy.
  • Global Perspective: Understanding of global compensation trends and cultural differences.
  • HR Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with HR information systems and compensation software.
