Job Description:

  • As a strategic business partner, you will play a crucial role in driving organizational success by leveraging people-related solutions to address complex challenges.
  • You will serve as an integral part of the leadership team, providing expert guidance on human capital and organizational topics to drive business outcomes.
  • In partnership with senior stakeholders, you will design and execute end-to-end human capital strategies that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To develop and implement comprehensive people plans that drive lasting and sustainable efficiencies.
  2. To analyze data and understand trends, developing recommendations for action based on analysis.
  3. To provide insightful data to guide decision making and offer proactive solutions to complex problems.
  4. To consult with managers to create and implement programs that support associate development, retention, and organization culture.
  5. To manage multiple stakeholders and influence through strong relationships, expertise, and data.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience, including HR experience, business partner or generalist experience with data analysis, trends, and reports.
  • An HR designation is preferred (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP).
