About the Role

At Gratitude Philippines, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Customer Service Ambassador for Virgin Media. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 6 months of experience in a BPO environment and be able to work on-site at our Cubao, Quezon City location. You must also be willing to work a flexible schedule, including shifts and weekends, and have a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.

What We Offer
