We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Center Functional Lead to join our team at Shopee.

Main Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Monitor functional team members, including the Shift In-Charge, to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
  • Outbound Coordination: Supervise daily outbound warehouse activities, ensuring all outgoing parcels are loaded correctly and accounted for in the system.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and coordinate with Manpower Management to optimize personnel allocation, improve operational efficiency, and enhance overall quality.
  • Escalation Management: Address day-to-day escalations and provide solutions for operational issues, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • 2-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics, and Warehousing
  • Supervisory experience, both direct and agency employees
  • Keen attention to detail and process improvement skills
  • Familiarity with MS and Google Applications
