Business Intelligence Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer to lead our team. As a BI Developer, you will design and develop end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions using various tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and user-friendly Business Intelligence solutions.
  • Build, optimize, and maintain Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources into centralized data warehouses.
  • Create, publish, and manage interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and deliverables.
  • Write, debug, and optimize complex SQL queries to efficiently retrieve and manipulate large datasets from relational and non-relational databases.
  • Monitor and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across Business Intelligence platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and key performance indicators that support strategic objectives.
  • Implement and enforce data governance policies, security protocols, and user access controls for Business Intelligence solutions.
  • Perform system maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, and carry out performance tuning for faster, more reliable reporting.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years' hands-on experience as a Business Intelligence Developer or in a similar analytics-focused role.
  • Strong proficiency in Business Intelligence visualization tools, including experience with DAX, custom visuals, or advanced dashboard design.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization, stored procedures, and working with large, complex datasets across multiple database platforms.
  • Proven experience with ETL tools and processes, including data cleansing, transformation, and automation workflows.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas, and best practices for database design.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based Business Intelligence and data solutions and their integration capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to interpret complex datasets and deliver clear, meaningful insights.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages for data manipulation and statistical analysis is highly desirable.
