Key Responsibilities:

  • Defect life cycle management from creation to resolution, including collaboration with Application Development and testing.
  • Defect triaging, prioritization, and ownership agreements, with daily reporting on defect status.
  • Executing test scripts with precision, focusing on date, duration, and balance aspects.
  • Daily defects status reporting and maintenance.
  • Manual software testing and dial testing for prepaid and postpaid scenarios.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant internship experience as QA/Jr Tester.
