About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our finance team, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled. This includes performing accounting processes related to revenue recognition, reconciling various bank and customer accounts, and identifying discrepancies and highlighting these to management.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the finance team.

- Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Provide support to the controlling team as required.
Requirements
- Secondary education qualifications or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a Shared Service Centre or Finance department. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data validation and record keeping.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and reconciliation tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
