Job Title: Accounting Coordinator

The role of an accounting coordinator is pivotal in providing timely and accurate financial information to management. This position is accountable for collecting, processing, and verifying financial data to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To collect and verify financial information to provide accurate and timely updates to management.
  • Perform asset transactions including additions, adjustments, disposals, and intercompany transfers.
  • Demonstrate the ability to prepare journal entries that are adequately supported and documented.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closing reports and accounts reconciliation using ARCS.
  • Maintain accuracy and adhere to accounting regulations.
  • Review, allocate, and approve invoices for capitalization.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed records of fixed assets including cost, accumulated depreciation, and net book value.
