Key Responsibilities

• Handle billings for Labor Relations
• Represent the company in SENA, DOLE, and NLRC proceedings
• Assist in the preparation and filing of documents
• Conduct orientations and seminars on labor laws and regulations
• Gather relevant testimonies and evidence
