Job Title: Beauty Associate

At Asia People Works, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Beauty Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and greet customers upon their arrival.
  • Demonstrate the proper use of makeup and skin care products, and cross-sell relevant products to customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend cosmetics and skin care products based on their preferences.
  • Help clients find products they're looking for in our store, and ensure proper presentation of products on shelves.
  • Explain to customers how to use products they're interested in buying, and advise them on how to take care of their skin.
  • Inform customers on prices and special offers, and replenish stock as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor or similar role.
  • Customer service experience in retail stores is a plus.
  • Extensive knowledge of makeup, hair care, and skincare products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
