Marketing Project Manager Job Description

We're seeking a highly organized Marketing Project Manager to drive operational efficiency across marketing initiatives, lead team meetings, manage budgets, and support reporting tools.

This role is key in facilitating weekly team meetings, outlining key trends and insights from business results, managing NPS surveys, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a sense of ownership over end-to-end project execution.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate highly efficient and effective weekly team meetings
  • Outline key trends and insights from business results
  • Manage NPS surveys and facilitation for stakeholder satisfaction
  • Drive budgeting process improvements
  • Support BWE buildout and week-over-week tracking and insights
  • Support other division leads in project management needs
Requirements
  • High sense of urgency and responsiveness
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Establish trust across various internal stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing processes end-to-end
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-starter and coach in learning processes and systems

  • 4th generation or higher Intel i3 processor
  • At least 4GB RAM
  • Windows 10 or MAC OSX operating system
  • Dual monitors

A stable internet connection with at least 10 Mbps plan and a PC Headset are also required.
