Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Operations Specialist. This role will involve coaching and mentoring agency personnel, evaluating training programs, and ensuring effective merchandising execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for learning and career growth, excellent communication skills, and analytical abilities. Additionally, they will be able to manage administrative tasks effectively and prioritize their work to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coaching and Mentoring
    • Develop and implement coaching plans to enhance the skills of agency supervisors and coordinators in building relationships with key store personnel, conducting agency screenings, and providing training and development opportunities.
    • Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to ensure that team members are equipped to handle their responsibilities efficiently.
  • Merchandising Execution
    • Ensure timely and accurate execution of merchandising plans across various channels, including regular store visits and customized tabletop reviews.
    • Develop strategies to optimize productivity and maximize sales through efficient deployment of resources.
  • Administrative Support
    • Manage records and reports, including routine updates and consolidations, to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Coordinate with partner agencies and suppliers to recruit manpower and materials needed for projects and promotions.
