Job Title: Talent Acquisition SpecialistOverview:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for Manpower Philippines, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine selection criteria and timelines based on recruitment schedules and procedures.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including company careers pages, social media, and job boards.
  • Conduct hiring interviews, including screening calls, assessments, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Present shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to select suitable candidates and present job offers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a staffing agency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
