Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our data governance efforts in Asia. As a Sr. IT Business Analyst, you will focus on delivering outcomes based on tactical and strategic priorities set by the Head of Data Enablement & Governance.

Responsibilities
  • Access Framework: Develop and implement access frameworks for Asia EDL; partner with different markets in Asia to implement standards, processes and procedures.
  • Metadata Management: Create metadata standards and best practices to ensure data is correctly classified, organized, and accessible; collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure requirements are met.
  • Information Security: Support information security initiatives; assist in development and implementation of Data Enablement framework and processes; contribute to Asia Data strategy.
  • Leadership: Foster a culture of accountability, service-mindedness, mentorship, and training for data users and related communities.

Key Skills:

  • Understanding of data governance tools/platforms
  • Knowledge of databases (SQL, Oracle, NoSQL)
  • Ability to translate technical terminology between business users
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Effective coaching and mentorship

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of progressive responsibility in data management or related field
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Sciences, Cyber or Information Security

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification
