  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote ethical AI practices.
  • Establish data quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve data quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data quality issues and implement data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment processes.
  • Work closely with data stewards to ensure data is managed and used in compliance with established policies.
  • Develop and maintain metadata management strategies to enhance data discovery and usability.
  • Implement AI governance frameworks to ensure transparent, explainable, and bias-free AI models.
  • Establish AI risk management processes to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with AI systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3- 5+ years of experience in data governance, data management, AI governance, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of data and AI governance principles, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Experience with data quality management, metadata management, data stewardship, and AI ethics.
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations, data security best practices, and AI-related regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
