Job Title: Brand Promoter

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Brand Promoter to join our team. As a Brand Promoter, you will be responsible for developing and conducting training programs to improve sales performance, coordinating company-sponsored activities to reach target markets, managing relationships with accredited sellers, and providing regular updates to sellers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Audit Report: Conduct thorough audits of our platforms to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer experience.
  • Balance Scorecard: Develop and maintain a balance scorecard to track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.
  • Presentation Files: Create engaging presentation files for in-house sales and brokers to showcase our products and services.
  • Collateral Request Forms: Manage collateral request forms to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials to sellers.
  • Trade Marketing Memoranda: Develop and disseminate trade marketing memoranda to keep sellers informed about market trends and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing Management or a related field.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create effective presentations and reports.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with sellers and other stakeholders.
  • Experience: Have 1-2 years of experience in marketing and events management to bring valuable insights and skills to the role.
