Senior Cryptocurrency Product Development Leader

We are seeking a trustworthy and proactive leader to oversee the development of diverse teams. As a seasoned engineering manager, you will be responsible for driving innovation in the cryptocurrency industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement product roadmaps.
- Manage multiple teams with varying skill sets.
- Plan and execute project strategies that drive growth.
- Conduct research and develop innovative designs and products.
- Identify training and talent development needs within the organization.
A successful candidate will possess foresight, excellent communication skills, and risk management aptitude. Proven supervisory and technical skills are essential.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in engineering management, technical management, or business administration and a Bachelor's degree in engineering.
Requirements:- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Architect.
- Experience with Design Thinking/Product Management.
- Familiarity with Sonarqube or similar code review tools.
- Experience with feature management tools like LaunchDarkly or Split.
