Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the control, tracking, and movement of government and company-owned assets. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in fast-paced settings.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of DoD property accountability standards and experience with inventory control, shipping coordination, and asset transfers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and asset/property management systems is also essential.

This position involves managing property transfers, including documentation and coordination of related activities. The selected candidate must be willing to travel and take on assignments at various project sites across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the Master Government Property List to ensure accurate asset records
  • Supervise the receipt, inspection, tagging, labeling, and secure storage of equipment
  • Manage logistics for site deliveries, staff travel, and equipment movements
  • Prepare and submit reports for any lost, damaged, or stolen property
  • Collaborate with the Global Support Team's Property Administrator to align asset management practices
  • Conduct routine physical inventories and resolve any identified discrepancies
  • Prepare records and documentation to support internal, external, and government audits
  • Develop and implement SOPs for effective asset handling, tracking, and control
  • Monitor property-related contract requirements to ensure full compliance
  • Work closely with procurement, warehousing, and finance teams for end-to-end asset lifecycle coordination
  • Ensure all property and inventory records are accurate and up to date using tracking systems and ERP platforms
  • Continuously assess and improve processes to strengthen property accountability and visibility

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in property and logistics management
  • Solid understanding of DoD property accountability standards and PIEE platforms
  • Hands-on experience with inventory control, shipping coordination, and asset transfers
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and asset/property management systems
  • Ability to support audit processes and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and working independently in fast-paced settings
