Key Role in Automotive Operations

The Sales Admin Officer is a vital component of our organization's daily operations. This individual plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our services.

Responsibilities include preparing accurate customer quotes, providing administrative support, and facilitating effective customer communication.

Key tasks involve maintaining precise records of customer interactions, responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, and handling inbound and outbound calls once quoting skills have been mastered.

Additionally, the Sales Admin Officer will provide general administrative support as required to optimize business operations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales administration or similar roles
  • Strong written English skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Previous experience in quoting, administration, or customer service capacities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software applications
  • Experience with CRM systems (desirable but not essential; training provided)
  • Exposure to the automotive industry (advantageous but not mandatory)
