Financial Expert Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Expert to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in accounting and possess intermediate to advanced computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Oracle, and web-based tools.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records and procedures to ensure up-to-date information.
  • Streamline and manage both normal and complex accounts.
  • Ability to work with Excel book sheets, analyze and interpret data, and deliver complex reports.
  • Analyze and monitor all transactions and prepare financial reports for the annual budget.
  • Perform period end General Ledger account reconciliation, including research and correction of any discrepancies.
  • Import and post various journal entries into the general ledger.
  • Ability to find accounting issues and solve them.
  • Deliver monthly balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Create roles and accounting procedures aimed at reducing costs.
  • Promptly and effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Qualifications
  • 8 years of experience in Accounting.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, i.e., MS Word, Excel, Oracle, and web-based tools.
  • Ability to maintain high accuracy in preparing and entering financial information.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning financial information.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Track record of completing work with high quality.
  • Ability to figure out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
