Client Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead new client onboarding for mid/large-sized clients. This role will involve demonstrating empathy and explaining complex concepts clearly and concisely both via email and video calls.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience with project management, be detail-oriented, and possess good analytical skills.
  • A strong communicator with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner is essential.
  • The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain the implementation program for small to medium-sized clients, including timeline, stakeholders, and key deliverables.
  2. Oversee the implementation process end-to-end for assigned accounts, ensuring successful implementation and training of software to drive adoption by new clients.
  3. Set accurate expectations with clients and internal stakeholders.
  4. Actively communicate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers regarding client progress.
  5. Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
  6. Participate in cross-functional groups to establish enhancements to communications, tools, and products.
  7. Lead kickoff calls with new customers daily.
  8. Oversee complex process design and setup.
  9. Be an expert in Workstream, guiding new users and answering their questions.
  10. Track client activity, notes, and next steps clearly in our success software.
  11. Deliver user training and develop supporting manuals and processes to ensure users understand core concepts and can independently adopt key software features.
  12. Incorporate internal and external feedback to drive continuous improvements in the onboarding process.
  13. Learn from assigned clients to build and maintain templates.
  14. Design programs, both high and low touch, that are meaningful to our customers and help them realize value from their relationship with us.
Requirements
  • Love working with customers and thrive in delighting customers.
  • Project management experience, with multiple stakeholders to manage within the customer and us to help a customer go live successfully.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Good communicator, both verbal and written. Able to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Entrepreneurial, hungry, passionate, and tech-savvy.
  • Someone with a long-term vision of working and growing with a technology startup and stay with the team for at least 2-4 years.
  • Empathetic to customer needs.
  • Can adapt and remain flexible with ever-changing processes.
  • Occasional in-person meetings may be required.
  • High-speed and stable primary and backup internet connection (at least 20 Mbps) is required.
