Financial Services Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to perform various financial services including preparing accurate and timely financial statements for clients, performing month-end accounting tasks, maintaining fixed asset schedules, and reconciling books across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements for clients with precision and efficiency.
  • Perform month-end accounting tasks such as financial data entry/import, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations with minimal errors.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date fixed asset schedules to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Reconcile books across multiple entities each month to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Manage accounts payable processing through RAMP software integrated with NetSuite to streamline financial operations.
  • Support client-facing accounting teams with monthly close activities in QuickBooks Online to ensure timely completion of financial tasks.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience with a strong foundation in cash and tax basis accounting principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, macros, VLOOKUPs); strong data management skills to analyze and present financial data effectively.
  • Certified in QuickBooks Online (QBO preferred); experience with Accounting CS is a plus to handle complex financial tasks.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Strong analytical skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and make informed decisions.
  • Professional communication skills and ability to interact effectively with staff and clients to build strong relationships and resolve issues efficiently.
