Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Production Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for coordinating with creatives, managing client production schedules, and ensuring timely completion of work.

In this role, you will work closely with our team members to optimize client production schedules, monitor production progress, and provide regular updates to clients and senior management.

  • Coordinate with creatives and manage the client's production schedule to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Monitor production progress and provide regular updates to clients and senior management.
  • Provide suggestions and recommendations to Creatives to meet quality standards.
  • Review sentiment analysis and ticket feedback ratings from customers.
  • Collaborate with Quality Specialists to ensure design quality and brand guidelines are met.
  • Identify Design Time for all requests assigned to the team in collaboration with Team Coordinators, Quality Specialists, and Production Specialists.

You will also be responsible for keeping company notes updated based on client preferences and coordinating updates within the team as needed.

Requirements
  • A passion for delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
  • In-depth knowledge of the creative development and production process.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects concurrently with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in project and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and other creative software.
  • Daily client interaction via Slack and Email, with multiple virtual meetings weekly.
  • Business-level English and ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
