Financial Services Representative

We seek a highly motivated sales-focused individual with exceptional communication skills to join our team as a Financial Services Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for offering cash loans and personal loans to prospective clients, guiding them through the application process, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Identifying and engaging potential clients interested in cash or personal loan products through various channels.
  2. Conducting thorough needs assessments to understand client financial requirements and recommending suitable loan solutions.
  3. Clearly explaining loan products, terms, and conditions to prospective borrowers.
  4. Guiding clients through the loan application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation.
  5. Maintaining a robust pipeline of leads and following up to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
  6. Building strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.
  7. Staying updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the personal loan industry.
  8. Utilizing CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on progress.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services, loans, or a target-driven sales environment.
  2. Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  3. Experience with cash loans, personal loans, or other consumer lending products is an advantage.
  4. Knowledgeable in using computer applications and navigating different software.
